Guy Gabriel, C-IAYT, has been practicing and teaching yoga and meditation for 20+ years in yoga studios, tennis and fitness clubs, hospitals, and corporate locations (Amgen, Disney, DreamWorks, Paramount, Universal, 20th Century Fox, Respawn, Vubiquity).

He began his yoga journey first studying Shaolin kung-fu and qi-gong at the Taoist Institute. After several years there, he gravitated to the Center for Yoga in LA. He went on to graduate from both Loyola Marymount University’s Yoga Therapy Rx program, and the California College Of Ayurveda. He encourages clients to take the Middle Path and cultivate metta (loving-kindness) towards all of life (ahimsa). Guy has taught yoga or played guitar at many national yoga conferences (YA, IAYT, NAMA). He is also a frequent contributing writer for LA Yoga Magazine.
